A friend recommended me

I have had problems with anxiety since working through covid. A friend has had hypnosis with Victoria and spoke about how she has helped her, so I bit the bullet and went to see her myself. I feel like the weight of the world has been lifted off my shoulders.

I've had two hypnosis sessions and Victoria gives you a download to listen to at home. I feel more alert, less stressed, more energy and just happier.

Thankyou Victoria for everything you've done for me. You definately get five stars from me.

Improvement in my wellbeing






I've been going to Victorias meditation and mindfulness classes regularly for a few months and have noticed such an improvement in my wellbeing. Victoria is kind, attentive and helps you see the beauty in yourself while talking like a friend to uncover your thoughts and processing them so that you can come to a place of calm. The meditations have taken me deep and allowed me to find a carton easily in every day life. Victoria classes geek like a safe space where you can be yourself. I always come away feeling lighter and more at peace. Julie

Can’t recommend enough! This was by far the best investment and such an easy to follow course for starting on my mindfulness journey! I have caught myself in moments of autopilot and now recognise this and take myself off to enjoy a little me time to focus on the here and now. This program has been instrumental in my daily mindfulness practice and given me brilliant resources that I listen too at night before bed to help me relax, be mindful and kind to myself regardless of my personal pressures of the day I find doing that then helps me wake the next day in a better mind set from a good sleep. I will continue to use it to help me in the future. Thank you 🙏 for helping me become more mindful 🧘 x x

I do not usually write a review however I highly recommend this product, With suffering from anxiety and stresses of day to day life this product have helped me so much in more ways I could ask for I feel more calm, relaxed and find myself more open to meditation as I was very much sceptical at first. all I can say give this a try and see for yourselves you have more to gain and nothing to loose.

6 week mindful and meditation course

I enjoyed this 6 week course and it has given me a lot of food for thought. I particualarly liked the different topics of each week, which gave me time to think, reflect and process how it related to me. I found myself being more aware of some things during the day, not just whilst listening to the sessions.
The big thing that has happened for me is spending less time scrolling on my phone and aimlessly watching tv, which means I'm more productive.

Mindfulness and Meditation 6 week course

I absolutely loved the mindfulness and meditation 6 week course.

During the course I listened to the mindfulness track once or twice a week and tried my best to focus on the one particular aspect. I found this quite difficult at the start, probably because I have never really done anything like this before, but by the end I found that I was generally, much better at being mindful. I think this really did benefit me. I am always on the move and thinking about so many things at the same time which means I never just concentrate on myself. This part of the course really did allow me to reflect on that.

The meditation sessions were probably my favourite part of the course. I listened to the meditations every day, usually in the evening. They were very relaxing and I found myself drifting in and out of sleep due to the relaxing nature of them. I really did benefit from these. It allowed me to wind down after busy days and since I have stopped I have actually found it much more difficult to wind down, so I am going to continue using them.

Mindfulness and Meditation

Great 6 week course. The mindfulness sessions provide a lot of food for thought and give clear tasks to work on through the week to help you be more reflective, calm and thoughtful towards yourself and others. The meditations move you into a quiet safe, peaceful space to allow you to get in touch with yourself. Thank you!

Go to sleep

I downloaded the “Go to Sleep” recording from here, I went looking for it because I’ve had real big troubles sleeping, it was a great price on the website & so easy to play once it's sent to my email, the recording really works wonders for me, as soon as I listen to it at night I just drop off, sometimes I used to spend hours at night trying to drop off to sleep, moving around.. left & right, trying to put my mind at rest.. over thinking I recon, with this recording everything is blocked out my mind. All I hear is Victorias voice, very relaxed & tranquil & i just forget and listen, the next thing i know is its morning!!

Thank-you once again for your fabulous hypnosis recording Victoria.. I really do feel it works for me & my mind just knows its bed time as soon as I pop it on. Gone of the days of me staying awake for a hour or two until I fall asleep I’m asleep with in 15 mins and the recording is half hour long hehe Xx

Addicted to chocolate

I was sent the “Chocolate addiction” recording two months ago and I listen to it every night without fail. I never thought I'd never say this but I have no longer Chocolate addiction as much as I was before at all!! I still like Chocolate but I instinctively will not crave it. I will proactively chose something else, I’m just not in to it like I once was. It helped me even with my loss weight purpose! Indeed When I went shopping I always used to buy chocolate and now I just don’t think about it which is totally fantastic for me, it has really helped me a lot. I love listening to this recording also for the pure fact it sends me to sleep within a matter of a few minutes. Sometimes I used to lay awake just wanting to fall asleep and I don’t have that now. So it has more wonders than just what it says on the tin.

Depression

I was sent the depression relaxation recordings a few months ago and I listen to it every night in bed just before I go to sleep. It is really relaxing and soothing. It literaly brings the stress out and help me sleeping.
Strongly recommend.
