6 WEEK MINDFULNESS AND MEDITATION COURSE
This is a wonderful 6 weeks course teaching mindfulness and meditation to be shared with friends and family
The course consists of 6 weeks of mindfulness talk on a different subject specifically focused for that week this will be followed by a meditation session
Week 1
What is mindfulness? Mindfulness is simple, it’s just being conscious of what you are doing at the very moment
Week 2
Technology, we are overwhelmed by technology, just about everywhere we go there are screens, music, phones
Week 3
We will focus on the busy life and the noise around you.
Week 4
Focuses on the good and bad effects of social media.
Week 5
Kindness, how a simple act of kindness can have an effect on those around you.
Week 6
We focus on what you’ve learned and continue on your mindful journey.
Every week I will give you a task to use in your everyday life daily, a simple task that you will hopefully continue to not only use yourself but pass onto those around you.
This course can be used at any time during your day (except when driving or using machinery) and can be used as many times as you like. The mindful thoughts and actions won’t only impact your life, thoughts and actions but have a positive impact on those around you.
