As a child you can’t wait to be a grown up so that you can prepare to finish education, get a job, move out, get married, start a family and so on and so on
How do you relieve the stress? Wouldn’t we all love to know the answer to that? I know I would and I’ve got be honest and say that I’m rubbish at practising what I preach. I love meditation, I love hypnosis, I love mindfulness and I love that 10 minutes of it that gives me the relief that I need but all to often I forget to practise it even though I know how much it gives me. So what’s best to do about that?
I could easily give myself a kick up the bum, maybe set daily reminders to do some meditation, write myself a to do list and include in that a daily session of mindfulness, or choose a monthly session of hypnosis as a stress reliever. I know all of these things work and I know that it’s my choice to make them fit into my daily life. I don’t really do New Years resolutions and let’s be honest it’s definitely too early to be thinking about the next one for 2020. So my early Christmas present to myself is to do my 6 week mindfulness course and stick to it and enjoy it.
